Very young crowd and staff. Slightly understaffed. They were too busy fulfilling orders to acknowledge my presence (once I'd already picked up my drink), let alone address my issue (the soap in the reatroom was out). They need more customer service training! I just walked out.
The drink was good, though.

I love the coffee here and would come more often but this location‘s drive-through service is pretty awful. It typically takes anywhere between 20 to 25 minutes to get a drink here regardless of how many cars are in line.
