This place has an awesome happy hour! Crazy deals & steals and great service from Sophia. My only regret is that it ends so early. We'll be back!

Had a pickup order for 9:30 p.m. today. My wife picked it up within a couple of minutes of that time. I’ve worked at a pizza place before, so I know when a pizza has been sitting for a long time. The pizza was barely warm, and the cheese lifted off in one solid, nasty layer. I ’m not one to leave a review, but when it’s $42 for dry wings and a pizza that hurts your jaw because it’s too tough to chew, I feel inclined to warn others. Perhaps the quality is better when dining in, but I definitely do not recommend ordering pickup from here.

We came here for our daughter’s birthday and left really disappointed. The place looks cute, but the service was terrible and the food was even worse. The servers had zero personality, and everything we ordered two large pizzas, Alfredo, and wings was completely flavorless. Honestly, Little Caesars tastes gourmet compared to this. I don’t understand how the reviews are so high.

Our first time trying this place, my son won a certificate for a free personal pan pizza at school. I am highly disappointed and so are my children. We are Pizza Lovers and we are from the Chicagoland area and when I tell you this was not what I was expecting based on the reviews and the pictures the pizza looks good but it was no flavor. The thin crust cheese pizza the crust is entirely too hard going to break your teeth trying to enjoy the crust. The personal pan pizza more sauce than cheese. The best thing I can say from this was the level of service Devon was really kind and patient. For $60 I am not happy and we will not be returning

2 of 3 pizzas were cool when delivered. The process of ordering the pizza was very bumpy with the server, he was in a hurry to get the orders in, and pushed order on his device before we were done telling him what we wanted on the pizzas, he had to go to the kitchen twice to tell them what we wanted.. very odd. maybe you should go back to pencil and paper ?

We were here for dinner with family, before my son's wedding. And it was fabulous. Alexis was a great server. She was friendly, helpful, accommodating and attentive to our group of 12. The pizza was everything we expected. Four large, deep dish, steaming hot pizzas were plated tableside for our party. We ordered the crustless, hot honey, original and the new triple pepperoni. Everything was delicious... cheesy, saucy, crispy crust, spicy pepperoni. Amazing!Everyone enjoyed the meal. Alexis brought out a complimentary dessert for the soon to be bride and groom. We sat on the outside patio, with a tv for the game, light music and a heater was on in the corner. It was a great time.

Think again when considering Lou Malnati's they may not give you the points you earn. I will not return.

My daughter and I went there on 15 January and the waitress is really nice. The restaurant was really nice. The appetizer we got was really good except for the raviolis the raviolis not my cup of tea but the pizza I requested no sauce on my pizza cause I don't like red sauce and I'm really glad I did because
AnyWho the crust is totally different. It's not a yeast crust at all. It was almost like eating a sugar cookie it was nice and crispy, but it had no proof no air to it. Personally, my daughter and I will not be going back but if some people like that kind of pizza, but we just don't.
We both ate our piece of pizza and we took the rest with us. My daughter said that it was not good reheated and she had sauce on hers. I personally bought some bread to reheat the pizza cause I didn't like the crust at all, but I ended up just throwing the pizza away.

Pizza was really good, but service was lacking at times and the price was way too high in my opinion. A medium thin crust 2-topping pizza, a soda and 2 beers - $50 with tax and tip.

Above average expense for mediocre pizza. Good server, who seemed to be doing all the work while the manager joked around with the rest of the staff.

Been to Lou’s in Chi town a ton of times and I’d be lying if I claimed I wasn’t a skeptic coming into Tempe for Zza. To my delight every bit as delicious and the service was like being back in the Midwest. Great job!

Angelica was an awesome server. We hit her up with some pretty hard questions before ordering. She answered right and gave us great direction.

The lemon pepper wings both in bone and boneless were excellent. The small pizza was large enough for two people

This was my first time trying Lou Malnati's and I thought I was in for a treat. However, the medium deep dish Margherita Pesto was very bland. The crust was kind of like an unsalted cracker and too crispy for my taste. There wasn't much if any sauce, which I guess is the style of this particular pizza and the whole thing was almost flavorless. As an afterthought before the server took our order bzck to the kitchen, I requested the butter crust that I noticed on the menu , which I thought would be an extra charge, but my receipt didn't mention it and it doesn't show as an option when I check the online ordering, so I think we didn't actually get it. I wonder if we were maybe served the gluten free crust by mistake, because I have never been so disappointed in the crust of a pizza before. It was like a thin crust pizza with a thin vertical crust. The pan it was cooked in was deep, but the actual pizza wasn't. I feel like I may have enjoyed it more if it were a different pizza than the one I chose, perhaps one with traditional pizza sauce, but I'm pretty unlikely to give it another try. Other than the food, the place was clean and the staff was friendly. I liked the atmosphere and everthing else.
