We've ordered from Habit Burger a few times over the past couple of years, and the food consistently delivers. The Charburger with Cheese and Santa Barbara Char show up in basically every order—both are solid, well-made burgers for a chain. The fries (regular and sweet potato) are good, and when we've ordered for the kids, the kids' hamburger has been a hit. Delivery usually takes around 35–45 minutes, which is pretty standard. Placed an order at the kiosk and waited about 20 minutes before going up to ask the cashier about the order. Without even looking at the receipt, the cashier said they were working on it. Waited another 15 minutes before going back up and talking to a different cashier who handed me the bag, but the receipt on the bag showed that it was done about five minutes after placing the order, so the first cashier didn’t even bother to check, and the food ended up being cold when I checked...

We stopped here because we had free burgers due to running the Shamrock Run. The burger was just ok. Not super hot. Did not understand a single thing the kid that took my order. People need to slow down and articulate.
