Natalina was my “server” today, it’s what’s on the cup. I’m not sure if she didn’t want to work today but she looked annoyed to be there today. I just got my order, when I was ordering she was super quiet I had to guess what she was saying. wanted to give a personal shout out to the manager Maria! We ordered the thai chicken wraps but they weren't made correctly. she kindly remade our order and even included a nice little extra treat! Great customer service :)

we’ve been to lots of Tropical Smoothies all across the US. This was one of the best experiences. friendly, clean, fast service, and one of the best prepared acacia bowl creations (of MANY!) yet
