This past Sunday, I should've heeded the warnings that this place is slipping, with the ease in which we got a table for 4. As we were being seated, I noticed tables available for seating, that would be unheard of during prime time. It's funny to me, how a restaurant with way overpriced meals as it is, would dare to shrink their portion sizes. Their protein pancake was an item U.S. egg seemed to take pride of, in the past. It would be served overflowing on your plate with barely enough room for eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns. This "filler" item was served on 3 of our 4 breakfast choices and was almost nowhere to be found on the plates. The pancakes were super thin, lacking protein mix, and undersized in circumference. The thinness of the pancakes could've been likened to how thin crepes are. When a restaurant starts skimping on their filler items, it's either time for them to hike down their prices or time to find another restaurant.

We visited for a late Sunday morning breakfast, and the place was bustling with a packed crowd. Despite the busy atmosphere, the staff worked tirelessly to accommodate everyone. The food quality remained top-notch, even during the rush. My pancake wasn't particularly fluffy, but it tasted good. The egg was cooked perfectly, and the bacon slices were large and flavorful. Our server was friendly and attentive, despite being clearly occupied with many tables. We definitely plan to return and look forward to trying another day, perhaps midweek, to enjoy the place with a bit less of a crowd.

Really good, especially the protein pancakes! We got the half and half, and I'm so full I won't have to eat for a week! Which is good, since it cost half of what I'd spend on groceries for a week! When reviews say it's pricey... Believe them. (But, really... What isn't any more? ??)

US Egg is highly underrated. In my opinion, U.S. Egg is the best brunch spot in Phoenix, Arizona without the long waits and obnoxious brunch crowd. I highly recommend any location for U.S. Egg in the valley of Arizona. Depending on the location, you can enjoy the art made specifically for U.S. Egg such as the American flag made of egg cartons or the United States made of eggs. The details make it fun and enjoyable.Vegetarian options: Love the sides and healthy sectionDietary restrictions: Clearly labeledParking: Adequate parking at all locationsKid-friendliness: Friendly for kidsWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible

Eggcellent ambiance. Only downside is no alcohol in the patio area.
I don’t normally do reviews, but Audrey and team had truly exceptional service. Both in speed and attention. My friend and I stopped by for breakfast after our 4.2 Mile Pat’s Run and this was the perfect place for breakfast. On a side note, their omelet portions are fantastic! Totally recommend the “Going South”.
