U.S. Egg has a great breakfast menu with plenty of choices. I wanted something different, so I tried the Arizona Frittata and wasn't disappointed. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the crispy hash browns were a perfect side!
Not much has changed over the years, except the prices. We paid $53 for breakfast for me and my son, and there was a 3% credit card fee I wasn't expecting. Conceptually, the prices should be lower if the customer is picking up the credit card fees, but that, unfortunately, was not the case.

Breakfast was pretty good. Best pancakes I’ve had in a while. The bacon was pretty flavorless. Service was fairly standard, nothing stood out. I really disliked the 2.9% credit card charge. I get that credit card processors charge fees, but the cost of cash handling in a business far exceeds this cost. (Estimated cash handling costs to businesses range from 4.7-15%) please stop passing “credit card fees” to the customer as using a card saves your...
