This has been our go-to for special occasions for years, last night really missed the mark. Food was great, service was not. Took a long time to get anything, no acknowledgment of our special occasion (didn't want a comp, just a “happy anniversary”), and when the manager finally asked and we shared our disappointment - he made lots of excuses and comped our sodas (didn't need that, would've preferred to see him actually backing his staff). Honestly, I felt awful...

I felt like the staff is intelligent and kind which matched the comfortable decor of the establishment. The pace of service was neither slow nor rushed so it all made for a very pleasant evening with old friends who now visit from out of town.
