Picked up from this location multiple times and am never acknowledged when walking through the door. The employees don't even bother to turn around to look.. Ridiculous look for a business.

First time having their rice and chicken bowls. I didn't get a sauce because their sauce has Soy in it. So I just got it chicken and rice. Both were cooked but the chicken had no flavor. It's like their flavor is in their sauce which they rely on you to get but everybody can't have Soy. It's dumb to have tasteless chicken. It's dumb not to take into consideration that everyone can't have your sauces. They are as bad as Raising Canes. Flavorless chicken and sauce dependent. If you can't eat Soy, I wouldn't recommend this place unless you like cooked but flavorless chicken.

Hey big shouts out to Moe & Jesse man. I had only came to get food & they made me feel right at home. Not only did they do a GREAT job with the food, but customer service was amazing. I’ll definitely be stopping by more often just to grab lunch & the atmosphere. I’ve been to plenty Waba grills but this location in Scottsdale has some of the best people working behind the counter. Take care of them & Keep them around!

If I could rank service with negative stars I would. My son and I walked in with no one at the counter or in the kitchen at 6:45. After looking at the menu, wondering who was going to take our order, we waited a while. Right before we decided to turn around and walk out, the one person in the store, who we thought was just a customer talking on their phone in the dining area, turned out to be an employee. They walked behind the counter finally and took our order. When we received our food, we sat down to take a look at what I thought was certainly our mistake for staying and not walking out. Things looked and tasted like they were microwaved. What a bust… maybe we caught this place on a bad night, but we won’t be back. Sorry.
