Paid 14 dollars for a rice plate, the salad is wilted and literally rotting, they left a metal grill bristle in my dumplings, it took 5 minutes before the cashier came out from the back from whatever she was doing. And wouldn't even look me in the face and then immediately went and turned on the loudest and most obnoxious music. Seriously. Do better.

I was excited to eat here. I'm very disappointed. I ordered a bowl and a taco trio. The bowl had literally two pieces of meat and it was cold. The order was wrong and the Taco trio was all cabbage and no meat. And on top of that, the soda machine was not working and did not have ice. So warm soda with missing syrup. Horrible. They didn't even give me my receipt to cash my rewards. I will not be coming back here and I do not recommend.

Cold veggies, salmon lukewarm, very ehhh!! I ordered salmon and veggies. I like my food hot, if you just cooked it, there’s no excuse,, none!!! .. For some reason I can’t post a pic .. The container wasn’t even hot and I told the cashier, and all he said was we just cooked it.. impossible!! Anyway, the restaurant stinked too, but I still ate there bc I wanted healthy, but guess what… I won’t be returning!

I should’ve listened to the 3.7 star rating before eating here but I wanted to try something new in the area. The chicken was pretty regular tasting, I feel like I could make more flavorful chicken teriyaki at home. The rice portion was okay. There are better options in the area with more flavorful chicken and seemingly bigger portions. Also the guy who took my order (I don’t know if he was over worked or what) was not friendly at all and seemed bothered by me making an order.

im originally from LA where Waba was easily accessible. I moved to Tucson and was sad to see that the closest one was up to 2 hours away. Whenever I go to PHX, i load up on some waba and take it home to my family.
i typically order about 60 dumplings on top of a few chicken and rice bowls. they are always very kind and willing to make my large orders and get them done within 15 minutes. the food is always good and well prepared. their dumplings are some of my favorite ever!
the service is always great as well. they're kind, accommodating, and quick!

I went here yesterday at 3.30pm and today I come back and the cashier it's super rude and extremely unprofessional. I love the food but the girl needs to be replaced asap. I just order here because my kids love the food.

Don’t get the Thai tea it smells and tastes fishy… food is bland as heck and the service is trash. The workers don’t seem to enjoy any aspect of life which is not ok especially in the food service industry. No smiles and very dirty environment
