I've been a fan of Wendy's for years, and it never disappoints. I stopped by again recently, and my burger was fresh, juicy, and just as good as I remembered. The fries were hot, and my order was ready pretty quickly. I even grabbed a few extra burgers to take home because my family loves them too. Great food, friendly staff, and consistently good service. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat!
The food was fresh. The atmosphere was very clean, especially the bathrooms. The service was amazing friendly.

Food was good, and the line itself wasn’t the problem. The issue was the drive-thru setup. The menu board is positioned too close to the car, which makes it awkward to read and order comfortably. On top of that, when the sun hits the screen, the glare makes it even harder to see the menu clearly.
This feels more like a layout/design issue than an employee issue. The food was fine, but the drive-thru menu setup needs improvement.
