Recently went through the drive through. I must say Antonio gave exceptional service, and very courteously which you don't see often in most jobs. He even recommended some more items to try on the next visit, which I definitely will when I feel so welcome.

Ok... to be honest, I swore I would never come back to this location. For the past couple years this location was terrible. My experience today will have me coming back again. I hope you keep whoever you had working there today. A+
This Wendy's location is constantly the Hottest, best prepared food. Very friendly and efficient staff and the restaurant is always clean. I wish all Wendy's locations were as consistent.
I've been to this Wendy's more than a few times because it's close by. However I am usually disappointed. I went yesterday to grab a Panko fish sandwich. When I got my order it wasn't hot and severely overcooked. The outside was so dark it looked like a sausage patty. Their fries are usually luke warm when you get them, which tells me they fry up too many and they sit under warming lights. Today the guy at the window just handed me my food and said "here ya go". Clearly not happy being there and I believe he was the manager! Is it so hard to be pleasant anymore or just to say thank you?! Did you forget our purchases keep you in business??? I'll be going to the Wendy's on Ray Road from now on, also just off the I-10. Their fry's are always Hot! I don't usually read fast food businesses reviews because they are a chain and should be consistent. This store has had problems for quite awhile!

Used to go here so often I knew why some locations delay the seasonal milkshakes. Overall about average for a Wendy's, but that's not a bad thing at all.

If I could give zero stars I would. After I have been driving for hours and saw a sign for what used to be my favorite place to get breakfast. I set out to go inside but they had the doors locked well after the dining area was open. When an employee came by and said they are not opening the lobby today if I wanted food I needed to get in my truck and go through the drive-through after being in my truck all day I didn't want to eat in there when I asked why they did not open the lobby they simply said do I want to order in the drive-through or not. I am grateful that there is a Whataburger next-door.

The app takes your orders but this restaurant is a scam. They closed and locked the place down after accepting my order and make you spend hours waiting on customer service phones to try to get a refund..NEVER EVER going back to this scam restaurant!

This is the nastiest Wendy's I have been to ,the bathroom is disgusting and smells like sewage I been there twice and no one has cleaned the bathroom at all ,the vending machine where the drinks are is nasty and not wiped at all ,this is a health hazard and I am concerned for everyone's health at this point .one of the workers told me they don't clean at all .at this point osha and the health department needs to get involved before someone ends up sick or even worse it could cause a fatality .i spoke to the manager Andrew and he says he knew the restaurant was disgusting....I let him know I will be doing a report to the local authorities .i did buy food but I didn't even eat it because I was concerned about the sanitation .
People usually only review fast food to complain so I thought it would be good to leave a review after I received very good service and good food. Travis helped me at the front counter, he was courteous, prompt and thorough. I wish all fast food places had guys like him working there. Food was very good and hot. Fries were solid and the burger was juicy.

The intercom doesn't work, the first window is closed, so you order at the second one. So the whole time you are in line waiting to get to the last window (10+ min) your food isn't being prepared. You still have to order then wait for it to be cooked. That's not "fast" food. That's not fair to the employees either b/c I'm sure ppl get annoyed and take it out on them.
