I know and love barbecue, and Wild Barbecue is absolutely top-notch. The brisket, beef ribs, beef belly, turkey, lamb, and cheddar jalapeño sausage were all perfectly smoked. The bark and seasonings were incredible. We had the coleslaw, smoked beans, Mexican corn salad, and the mac and cheese. All four were genuinely delicious!

Delicious BBQ. Excited to have a lamb option along with all the classics. Great service.
Best BBQ I've had in the area. The wild Naan was a surprise to see on the menu but it was by far the best thing I've tasted on my trip to AZ. Would highly recommend. All of the staff were lovely

Wild Barbecue offers top-notch, halal-style barbecue. The brisket is consistently praised as tender, juicy, and packed with incredible smoky flavor, with one reviewer highlighting the fatty brisket melting in their mouth. Other meats like beef ribs, beef belly, turkey, lamb, and cheddar jalapeño sausage are also perfectly smoked. The bark and seasonings are incredible.
Beyond the meats, the sides are a standout. The coleslaw, smoked beans (which contain ample brisket), Mexican corn salad, and mac and cheese are all described as genuinely delicious, rich, creamy, and wonderfully seasoned. The street corn is a real standout, and the rice is seasoned wonderfully. The wild Naan is also a surprise and highly recommended. Wild Barbecue is considered one of the best BBQ spots around, with the staff doing an excellent job.
