My family and I came to this location for the first time a few days ago and we won't be coming back. The food was fresh and delicious so I can't complain about that. For us it was just the atmosphere to be honest which I don't think was necessarily on the restaurant. While the service wasn't terrible, I could just tell the staff didn't really want to be there but then again, a lot of jobs have that effect on people. Although the food was delicious, we won't be back to this location.

The customer service was horrible. My food was not cooked right. I asked for it to be cooked longer and they still gave me soft, undercooked chicken. When my husband went to pick it up, the cashier was rude to him and acted like she didn’t know the order, even though I had just given her the name over the phone. Before I could even finish saying “thank you, have a good day,” she hung up on me.
We waited 36 minutes and the food was still not right. I always try to treat people with respect and kindness, no matter what, but there’s no reason to treat customers poorly. If you don’t like your job, please find something else instead of being rude to people. I will not be returning to this location.

Came in tonight for some food and it was extremely busy so I had to wait a second but there was a white tall female in the back who literally JUST looked at me and went back to talking to another coworker while I waited to be assisted. Extremely unprofessional. This wingstop is too busy all of the time for their to be workers standing around not doing anything.
