Amazing customer service, I accidently placed my order at the wrong location and they went out of their way to help me sort out the problem and made my food to perfection. It was my first time ordering from here. I had big expectations from this place. I had placed an order online for curbside pickup. When I got there, I waited for 10 more minutes, then decided to go in and get my food. When I walked in, there was one couple and another person on the counter. Seemed odd since I had to walk in for my order. Place looked pretty empty to me. The food was ok. I ordered the brisket chopped, ordered potato salad, macaroni and cheese. The brisket itself...
DeJuan was very kind, he gave me extra service, was very helpful with the menu, very knowledgeable about the menu, and the service was very great. Rib meat literally fell off the bone! Staff were very kind and generous, and the restroom was very clean. The atmosphere was very welcoming and warming. Will recommend to my friends and family!
