The place can get real busy. Especially on school days. Other than that I would like to say this place is well kept. The only downside is probably the drama that sometimes happens at the nearby park or unusual customer. And they are making progress with improvement on how employees talk to customers.
Customer informed employee of reward codes. Employee failed to enter. Employee was on personal phone while assisting customer. Employee was not polite and customer service was poor.

McDonald's is a well-known fast-food restaurant that offers a consistent dining experience across its locations. The staff is friendly and attentive, with customers praising the "big smile" from staff members. The restaurants are clean, from the dining rooms to the restrooms, providing a welcoming atmosphere. While the prices may be slightly higher in some areas, the food and service remain reliable. Customers have described the service as "really fast and friendly," with staff ensuring they get the "best deal." The drive-thru experience is efficient, and the in-store ordering machines are "way faster" than the register. The food, including the "well cooked fries," is typical McDonald's quality. Overall, McDonald's provides a efficient and enjoyable dining experience for customers.
