This is a good lunch restaurant in a great little artsy town. I had the spicy burger and my wife had the havarti burger. Both were fair to good. They come with great fries. A friend had a pizza that was tasty but moderately overcooked.
I guess it's hit or miss. when it's good it's great! They definitely need more staff.

Shelby’s is known for food that is made fresh each day, and it is such a good find! I wasn’t able to try the curry because they didn’t make it today, so I tried the vegetarian wrap with sweet potato fries. Absolutely delicious!! My husband also had a wonderful tequila chicken wrap. We enjoyed our patio dining experience. This will be our choice when visiting Tubac!
