“One of my favorite spots in Tubac, is to treat myself to lunch or dinner at Shelby's Bistro. One of my favorites is the shrimp and avacado salad. Crisp greens, high quality shrimp and the dressing is fabulous. My husband enjoys the juicy hamburger with the best fries ever!”

“Best margaritas you’ll find in town. Cheese Crisp (with green chilies) the best this side of the line. All their food is delicious , fresh and authentic ...Owner and Staff are friendly great folks. Tequila shots are top of the line. Only place you’ll find delicious Chocolate Tequila!!!! Make it your to go place while you’re here. Mariachis are genuine and know 1000’s of songs. Be part of the atmosphere and request a favorite. Indoor or Outdoor dining is great , always clean , choose shade or sun and it’s dog friendly. Been coming here for years, a local Rio Rican.”

“Friendly servers. Just don't eat at the patio! the bar next door had zero consideration for people around them. No problem with Marijuana smokers, but someone needs to bring it to there attention people and children are around and lighting up bongs is NOT OK. Habaneros is a great place but stay away and sit away from the bar next door.”

“Our 1st time here. We always stay at Tubac golf & spa and typically eat at the restaurant on site. We're happy to find this place. Ordered a large pizza (and it was large) and the linguine marinara. For the 3 of us, we couldn't finish the pizza. We'll be back for sure. Folks were nice and good service.”

“joe’s is and will always be one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. I want to personally think the man that saw my husband having issues with his wheelchair and took his order and payment from the car so that my disabled husband would have an easier time. we accidentally sound this place before we even moved to Rio Rico. we were looking for a house and stopped to have a bite for lunch. we each got three tacos (birria and carne asada) and were FLOORED at how delicious and authentic the food was! (and the condiments/sides ? wow!) we normally return once a week for the entire year we’ve been living here, and every single time the food, staff, and service have been more than exceptional. they treated my husband like beloved family.Joe’s has turned us into customers for life!!! thank you Joe’s!Wheelchair accessibility: Not only is Joe’s wheelchair accessible, one of the employees saw that My Husband was having issues with his wheelchair, the man saw this, and came right out to the car to take his order and process his payment for him so he didn’t have to overexert himself. He then delivered the food to the car window. Treated My Husband like a best friend would.”

I tried the BLT Burger last time, and this time I got the Beef Chimichanga, and the fiancée had the Beef Chimichanga, and we were both very happy with what they brought out! “Delicious tamales, fresh and yummy bakery items, especially the palmiers (I call them palmeritas). It is our go to pretty much every week for breakfast pastries. You gotta get your panecito con cafecito in the morning, and these panecitos (little breads) are just perfect. I like the cinnamon rolls, and the sweet empanadas. Their donuts are really good as well.”

“Great everything! Brisket reuben and sweet potato fries were delicious. My husband got a Tri-Tip Bowl...it was a large portion...full of flavor and very filling. One of our party had a 12oz steak...it was cooked to order and a very filling meal. The staff were quick and so kind. They even turned on the lights in an area that wasn't being used so that we could look around and take it all in. Highly recommend!!”
