Little bit out of the way bar & restaurant. Good service. Good for a drink when shopping Tubac. OK, one year later, and the place hasn't changed much, but has changed for the better. Dirty Red looks younger now!
Tubac is a town of characters and Jim the owner of Tubac Jacks is on the top of the list. Great Guy, Great food & Great atmosphere. Def a Fun place if you are looking for something out of the ordinary!!
I was greeted at the door by a guy named Peter! What a character!! I could tell that he and the owner were old friends and would know the food better than I. Peter ordered onion rings for an appetizer which when paired with the chipotle ranch - perfection! I love ribs and happen to smoke ribs weekly so Peter ordered me a rack!
