8 Degrees Ice Cream & Cookies

So good. The cookies were soft and the ice cream sandwiches were excellent! Very friendly helpful staff. Also located in a really neat location. Plenty of restaurants around and a fun outdoor hangout area outside the shops.

Cookies were hard and grocery store quality. Ice cream was nothing special. Didn’t even finish one of the cookies because it was so hard and lacked flavor. Overall a disappointing experience for the money. Too bad because location is great.

Cookies were hard and the ice cream just your typical. The concept is good just need to keep the cookies from being hard. We will give it another try at some point .

I don't literally drool over restaurants, food stores, and their Facebook Pages very often, although there are many that I really like. However, once I saw 8 Degrees on their Facebook Page, well, they had my attention right away. I stopped by the shop today and met Angie, one of the owners, and I proceeded to order one of every cookie (except the vegan cookie) and two ice cream sandwiches (the Death By Chocolate and Birthday Party). I then zoomed home to get the ice cream into the freezer.If you love soft, decadent cookies, then 8 Degrees must become your new best friend. Calories are of no concern here as they are so good, as far as I'm concerned, I'm happy to sweat in the gym for however many hours so I can eat these cookies guilt-free. Peanut butter, chocolate chip, sugar cookies, and more - they have a good variety for the cookie aficionado. Vegan and gluten-free cookies are also available, which is very much appreciated.They also have different ice cream flavors -- and the great thing is you can create your own ice cream sandwich with the cookies and ice cream that you want. These sweets be so good, you'd still want to eat one in the middle of winter at the North Pole!Anyway, show 8 Degrees some love and get over there. Door Dash will also deliver to you. They also have a rewards program (yay!). Ahhhh, for the love of great local food. This be it.

Came here not too long ago and the cookies were great!

We stumbled across this place after dinner. We loved it. Dairy free and gluten free options, and they are good. Their normal ice cream is great to. But I think his name was Robert or Roger, good looking kid with tattoos. He was super sweet with my kids and did a great job helping us. I can’t wait to try the churro doughnuts. Wish I didn’t live so far.

The caramel salted coffee ice cream was the best I’ve ever had. They have small batch homemade cookies made in house. The owner was very friendly and the service was impeccable.

This place is A M A Z I N G ! The customer service is exceptional and the cookies are incredible. Robert went above and beyond and packed my ice cream in a bag of ice so that it wouldn’t melt on my drive home. Giovanni was so generous and allowed me to try samples of the cookies prior to me selecting which flavors I wanted to purchase. Customer service is crucial and these guys have it down!The cookies are phenomenal! I tried the chocolate chip, chocolate, snickerdoodle, birthday cake, peanut butter and lavender lemon (so good). I wanted to try them all but I know eventually I will.They have a variety of ice cream flavors and toppings as well. They even have cookie dough to purchase which is super convenient!Do yourselves a favor and show 8 degrees some love and try it for yourselves. The shop is adorable and location of this shop is top notch. You won’t be disappointed!

So delicious!! We decided on peanut butter cookies with cinnamon swirl ice cream in the middle… Yummmm. Excited to come back and try some more! These cookies are amazing.
