Great food and very attentive service. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I've been watching Proof for a few weeks now and decided to give them a go for lunch. Kudos to their website and online food photos that look delicious enough to, well, eat! Anyway, I visited Proof at Philip's Plaza in Tucson for a late lunch at around 2 pm.

Proof Artisanal Pizza & Pasta offers outstanding food and service in a casual atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. The restaurant features a variety of pizzas and cheeseboards, with the board being a delicious full meal. The pasta portions are large, and the Carbonara Rustico is highly recommended. Live music and a fireplace create a warm, fun vibe that makes the experience even better. The Mushroom Risotto with shrimp and Polynesian pizza were excellent choices. The pepperoni pizza with a soft, thin crust, gooey cheese, and flavorful tomato sauce is a must-try. The Chicken Parmesan and the Spaghetti were excellent, and the mozzarella bites and lasagna are highly recommended. The service is good, and the restaurant is cozy and quaint, adding to the overall experience.
