So good. The cookies were soft and the ice cream sandwiches were excellent! Very friendly helpful staff. Also located in a really neat location. Plenty of restaurants around and a fun outdoor hangout area outside the shops.
I don't literally drool over restaurants, food stores, and their Facebook Pages very often, although there are many that I really like. However, once I saw 8 Degrees on their Facebook Page, well, they had my attention right away. I stopped by the shop today and met Angie, one of the owners, and I proceeded to order one of every cookie (except the vegan cookie) and two ice cream sandwiches (the Death By Chocolate and Birthday Party). I then zoomed home to get the ice cream...
We stumbled across this place after dinner. We loved it. Dairy free and gluten free options, and they are good. Their normal ice cream is great to. But I think his name was Robert or Roger, good looking kid with tattoos. He was super sweet with my kids and did a great job helping us. I can’t wait to try the churro doughnuts. Wish I didn’t live so far.
