all i’m gonna say is don’t go in 30 mins before they close!(business hours) they seen us walk in and sighed in our faces! said their “wifi is down and can only accept cash” which is an obvious lie! had a terrible attitude! it’s your job lol, if you don’t wanna do your job get a different one!

I stopped in on a weekday late afternoon to grab some food to go and ordered the Unforgettable sandwich with pickles on the side (for 35cents extra) and a limoncello Bundt cake. The cake was delicious and well worth the money but for a $15 sandwich, I was expecting a lot more. The pickles I got were not deli quality, just average crinkle cut dill. The only thing unforgettable about the sandwich was the price. Unfortunately I didn’t get a pic as I scarfed it down on a plane but it was just average in size. Most delis you can get a much larger sandwich for $15. The service was excellent and I even got two free cookies (which were very tasty) so I’m giving three stars for the extra friendly service.

Extremely disappointed with this location! I went in with my mom today for a soup and sandwich after bragging to her about how great the food is because it is but as we sat there waiting for our order to be ready, the cook comes out and pours maybe chicken into the chicken tortilla soup with his bare hands, no gloves! I asked the cashier who helped us BTW very lovely elder lady, if he really just did that she replied that she didn’t see that but apologized & will let them know. The lady comes back with cookies and is very apologetic and tells us that at least the heat of the soup would kill bacteria! I don’t blame her for any of this because that is the managers job to come out and talk to us about the situation SHE DID NOT. I noticed the health department was just there earlier so I did notice when we were walking out the car was still there and I was trying to find where he was but didn’t see him so I am going to contact them and report this as well because that soup should have been dumped!

Really good sandwiches and very cozy! Went here after flying back from Florida for my uncle’s wedding; I got the high baggin’s sandwich, tomato basil soup, and a lemonade. Each meal comes with a piece of cheese toast and a cookie, free of charge. The sandwich was amazing! The egg salad blended well with the bacon, and the iceberg lettuce added a perfect crunch to it. The tomato basil soup was well seasoned and nice and hot. I reccomend placing the cookie they give you on top of the soup container while you eat the rest of your food to help warm it up. I hope to go again - the food was great!

Ordered the bowl of chicken tortilla soup, I saw what they call a bowl and was in disbelief. They give you a cup with a lid of maybe 12 ounces of soup. I got my spoon and stirred it and they was very little chicken or vegetables, it was all soup. $7 down the drain. Do not order soup from here its a joke, they should be embarrassed. I raised my rating to 3 stars only because Baggins gave me my money back for the soup, the sandwich was good and the staff were nice.
