This Baggins is subpar compared to others in the area. On this particular visit, the manager that took my order was quite short with me and seemed a little annoyed. When we got home, my sons sandwich had a toothpick going right through it and this was a third toothpick not the two that hold the sandwich together. He bit into it hard so that was unpleasant. The tomato soup consistency was as if it had burned and was scraped down to the bottom. And for 2 sandwich combos with soup...

3 times i told the counter employee no lettuce. We'll drove all the way back home to find lots of lettuce. And on this sandwich was impossible it pick it all off. So much for my 15 dollar sandwich.

What happened doesn’t matter. I’m no one special, just a long time customer. I had an issue, and my issue was handled immediately, with so much care, sensitivity, and desire to know how to improve. Can’t tell you how much my family loves this place! They deserve a great review.
