Baggin's Gourmet Sandwiches Arizona Pavilions

Been coming here for a decade. The service (correct orders & politeness) quality had dropped for years. The current manager (tall guy!) now has this Baggins doing things RIGHT! Young new team trying hard to accommodate the customers. IMPRESSIVE! Give them a try....

My first time here, it was awesome! The staff were all very pleasant, something you don't get much anymore. It was such a great experience I can't wait to go back. Oh and the club sandwich I ordered, delicious!

The worst sandwich we ever had. A hot sandwich was cold and tough bread. No taste and was too expensive for what we got.

First time coming here I heard about it because they dropped off samples at my job and wanted to try it out! When I walked in I was greeted right away! The Service was great and staff were very friendly and patient!

We were greeted by Shawn, the manager at the door with a huge smile on his face. That set the stage for a really enjoyable lunch date. The sandwiches were deliciously made! Shawn passed out tasty cookies for dessert which topped it off. My BF said that the pastrami sandwich was the best he's ever had. That says a lot!

We ordered from Baggins gourmet last night from our hotel in Tucson last night! The Broccoli soup was so delicious, and my husband got the Unforgettable and he said it was the best sandwich ever! Also, the carrot cake is to die for…..We highly recommend this restaurant. It should be rated well over a 10! ❤️❤️

The food is expensive and they skimp on sandwiches! The sandwiches have barely any meat or fillings. I paid $31 for a bowl of soup, ham and Swiss sandwich and popper sandwich. Both sandwiches were thin and poorly made. Save your money and go somewhere else!1

Not going to Baggins by StemPump anymore. Charged me for an item listed as “Complimentary”, then refused to correct it saying the menu showing it as “No Charge” was “old”. Woman who I assume was the manager left me waiting to order for several minutes while she counted cash. She didn’t even greet me. Finally I cam especially for one of their daily soups, but was told they were out of both.

Visit here from New Mexico. Definitely the best sandwiches and delicious COOKIES!!! I love the cookies best cookies I've ever had
