Baggin's Gourmet Sandwiches

First time at this location. Got there at the right moment before the lunch rush. Jessica suggested the lunch special, turkey pesto. Probably one of the best turkey pesto sandwiches I've eaten. The bread was buttered on both sides like a grilled cheese, it was delicious! Thank you for that suggestion!!

Never trust a manager who can tell you, with a straight face, that you must wait for a driver before they can give you your pick up order. (pick up clearly indicated on the receipt) Stupidest way to lose a customer.

My sandwich was amazing! Jessica the manager is very attentive and such a joy always! Unforgettable no sprouts didn't disappoint one bit. Thank you for such great service.

The food is amazing and the works are so kind

Ordered veggie no cheese no mayo (dairy restrictions). Came with cheese and mayo on it. Like fine I can take the cheese off but not the mayo that is already on there. And no chips in the bag either. Hello??? They are not even trying at this location. Don't bother to eat here if you have any special requests or dietary restrictions because they do not care.

Great sandwiches. Attentive and Polite staff. Clean and friendly place with nice tables and good people. The Grinder is awesome and the Meatball is great as well. Shout out to GM Jessica who is super nice and very polite. Definitely my go to lunch spot when I'm in Tucson.

Online menu should be updated- Online prices are so different than in store. Online Sandwiches price $8 dlls - store $15.25. Soups should be hot all the time.

We ordered from Baggins gourmet last night from our hotel in Tucson last night! The Broccoli soup was so delicious, and my husband got the Unforgettable and he said it was the best sandwich ever! Also, the carrot cake is to die for…..We highly recommend this restaurant. It should be rated well over a 10! ❤️❤️

I can not say enough good things about this place! It was our first time here and we weren’t really sure what to order. Jessica (the manager) was so patient with us. She even gave me a free side of potato salad since I was torn on which side I wanted. You can tell she definitely cares about the restaurant and quality of work she does. 10/10. We will 100% be back!!

Baggin’s is always a yummy choice, but my first experience at this location was exceptional. We came in about 20 minutes before closing, feeling a little guilty about it, but we were met with nothing but kindness and courtesy. The sandwich was made quickly and of course, was delicious. The layout of this particular location was charming and the space was clean. Makes me wish I had a downtown job, I’d be here often!

Not going to Baggins by StemPump anymore. Charged me for an item listed as “Complimentary”, then refused to correct it saying the menu showing it as “No Charge” was “old”. Woman who I assume was the manager left me waiting to order for several minutes while she counted cash. She didn’t even greet me. Finally I cam especially for one of their daily soups, but was told they were out of both.

Didn't care for the overpriced "gourmet" cowboy chicken sandwich I got. The chicken was very dry.

It’s a great place for lunch, and is especially convenient if you are at the courthouse serving jury duty! Noting fancy, but it is pretty fast and my Southwestern Tuna on sourdough was hot and very tasty. Came with a chocolate chip cookie, all for about $14.

The worst customer service! They don't answer their phone. We placed a delivery order, it arrived missing the soup and a drink. Had to send a email to get any resolution. They don't care about it and just told us we'd get a refund - forget about the food! We will never order from this location again.
