We ordered from Baggins gourmet last night from our hotel in Tucson last night! The Broccoli soup was so delicious, and my husband got the Unforgettable and he said it was the best sandwich ever! Also, the carrot cake is to die for…..We highly recommend this restaurant. It should be rated well over a 10! ❤️❤️

Not going to Baggins by StemPump anymore. Charged me for an item listed as “Complimentary”, then refused to correct it saying the menu showing it as “No Charge” was “old”. Woman who I assume was the manager left me waiting to order for several minutes while she counted cash. She didn’t even greet me. Finally I cam especially for one of their daily soups, but was told they were out of both.

Didn't care for the overpriced "gourmet" cowboy chicken sandwich I got. The chicken was very dry.

It’s a great place for lunch, and is especially convenient if you are at the courthouse serving jury duty! Noting fancy, but it is pretty fast and my Southwestern Tuna on sourdough was hot and very tasty. Came with a chocolate chip cookie, all for about $14.
Fast and friendly - what’s not to like!

The worst customer service! They don't answer their phone. We placed a delivery order, it arrived missing the soup and a drink. Had to send a email to get any resolution. They don't care about it and just told us we'd get a refund - forget about the food! We will never order from this location again.

Always pretty slow but today was the worst. Waited over 15 minutes for a club sandwich. Asked for a refund n my sandwich they said they were getting it together and then said they didn’t know where it was. The. They said it would take 3-5 business days to get refunded. So no sandwich and no refund due to their inconvenience. Hire people who know how to work!

Do not go to the Baggins on Cortaro. They run out of things and don’t tell you until you go to pick it up. They run out and don’t tell you of their Flash Sales. They close early and post that they are still open. Worst Baggins in the Tucson area is Cortaro. You get 1 star.

I’ve worked downtown for more than 16 years and have frequented Baggin’s over the years but not recently. Went in to get a tuna on 12 grain (my usual). This was the worst sandwich I’ve even had. The tuna was mostly mayo and just a little tuna. I added lettuce, sprouts (extra $1.80) and tomato. The sandwich was so sloppy I could not eat it without having mayo all over my hands. For the price of their sandwiches I expect much more. I will never go back.

Food was not bad but also not the best. What made my day was the employee Felicity. She was fun and a breath of fresh air. She adattude and outgoing personality was amazing on a day that was not so good for me before my interaction with her. Thank you for turning my day around.

I stopped here because of the photo on the window of an amazing looking sandwich. I ordered the “Unforgettable Sandwich” and was impressed as it did not disappoint.
While eating in the store, I read through the reviews and they all had a pretty consistent theme that seems to be impacting the overall rating but is unfair. They’re getting rated poorly for being busy or for a delivery service failure or for running out of something even when they attempt to make reasonable accommodations.
Bottom line for me is that the service was fast and friendly — but I was here just after opening on a Thursday. The sandwich was made to perfection even though they were actively working on a large catering order and were still setting up for the day.
I would have ordered another sandwich I had my eye on if I wasn’t so full from the first one ?. I’ll be back tomorrow or Monday (maybe both) before I leave town and will be here again when I’m in town next (I get to Tucson twice a year) for a high quality sandwich that’s worth the price.

Normally I have a good experience here but I made an online order for 12:45 like three hours in advance so I can start eating right away since I have some dental pain and it was going to take me awhile to eat but they didn’t start the order til 12:47 when I got there :/

I only have 30 minutes for lunch so that’s really the only reason I was upset. So I only had like 15 min to eat

The SLOWEST service, 30 minutes of waiting in store for an online order that was placed 10 minutes before arriving.

If you work downtown, don’t waste your lunch time here. Very slow. Included a picture of half a sandwich that took them almost an hour to make. Ordered at 11:50, said it would be ready at 12:22. I arrived at 12:25, finally got my food at 12:45. There was a few door dash people waiting too. People ordering there got their food before I did.
