I got the Bomba combo. I got the spinach and mushroom empanada. However, I didn't taste any mushrooms only spinach.The cilantro sauce personally wasn't my favorite. The taste seemed a little off and sour.The jicama salad was very fresh and tasty as we're the lentils.The staff is very friendly and explained the menu and gave recommendations.
I love it here! The empanadas are filled with flavor and always satisfying.My favorites in order:1. Pork2. Chicken3. Breakfast chorizo4. Breakfast ham and cheeseThey all pair nicely with their green sauce (Donât remember what itâs called).Their chicken masala, also very delicious with their rice and black beans.I donât think Iâve ever disliked anything Iâve tried on their menu.

I love Bomboleâ. There flavors are nice and fresh with the right amount of spice. My first time eating here was this past Monday and the customer service was excellent. Iâm definitely going to be a permanent customer cause there customer service and there food is just plain out amazing.
