I discovered this gem on a walk downtown. The employees are friendly and informative about the food. Today was my second visit this week! I tried the spinach and mushroom empanada yesterday…moist and flavorful filling inside the crisp dough. Today I tried the combo with a paneer cheese, pea, and curry filling empanada, basmati rice, and lentils with a chai tea…delicious! There are several more empanadas I will definitely try!
Just ate here tonight for my birthday dinner and it did not disappoint. The food was incredibly flavorful. My wife and I shared two empanadas (paneer and chicken) along with the chicken tikka bowl, and everything was fantastic. We’re already making a list of dishes we want to try next time. Highly recommend this place!
Love the flavor and texture of the empanadas. I had a sausage breakfast emp this morning for the first time, and now I want one every day!
I also got a paneer emp with tiki sausage to go, which was tasty, but the pea to paneer ratio was heavy on the peas. But I will have it again.
