This is such a special place to go eat at! Expect a wait- hopefully not too long- it's totally worth it. The list of different Eggs Benedict has me and my husband coming back to try a new one every time we go. And don't forget to try the snicker doodle pancake for dessert or appetizer♡
Baja Cafe is by far my favorite breakfast place! The food is always amazing, and every visit is a great experience. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and full of energy, which makes the atmosphere even better.

Stopped here this morning at the recommendation of my son. Was pleasantly surprised. Fresh ingredients, good, friendly service, and plenty of room so no wait at the door. (I have heard this place fills up fast so get there early). Alcohol served with breakfast so I had to get a Bloody Mary that didn’t disappoint. I tried the breakfast quesa-Birria tacos with black beans and hash browns as well as a few of the other basics as a baseline to guage the food here. All the items...
