Large, sprawling room with side rooms, looks like a converted warehouse, quite dark inside especially after walking in from the blazing sun outside, located about 15 minute walk away from the downtown transit centre; about 17 own beers on tap, flights available, full food menu which is becoming increasingly less common in the age of outsourcing to food trucks; prices are actually not predatory, and the music is 70-80s and not the hip hop garbage. Good and not intrusive service.
I visited in mid-afternoon on a Saturday to watch one of the World Cup games and left asking myself why I don't go more often. Our server was efficient and polite. I enjoyed the chips, salsa, and beer cheese. It's also fun to watch the trains pass.
🍺 Checked out Barrio Brewing Co. while visiting my friend in Tucson and had a really good time! I tried a few of their beers, including some IPAs and the Rojo. They were fresh, flavorful, and easy to drink, although felt just a little flat.
