My son, and daughter-in-law took us here for a late Fathers Day gift, I am a Barbecue person, and had been wanting to this since it opened. The meats are very tender, and juicy. My wife, and I had the Rib plate with side dishes, the ribs were fall off the bone good. My son had the Brisket plate, and it was very tender. That said, the Brisket and sides are a real nice take compared to other places I've been to. Sunflower Salad is a great pairing to the Brisket Sandwich.
Be sure to try the house sauce!
