I ordered door dash and I always get cherry jubilee, I don't know what I got but it wasn't cherry jubilee, it was light pink with blue specs in it....I was very disappointed especially since I didn't get a substitution request on the app.

Out of more than half the flavors at 6pm at night. Hopefully they are going out of business… that is the only reason I can think of that this happened, otherwise I’d be firing the manager who should be ordering. On a holiday week no less. Of the three flavors that I wanted, out of all of them.

Came in on a Sunday night. 2 girls were working. One was sitting on the counter. No one greeted us. I said hello the girl rolled her eyes and looked at her colleague like I said something rude. I was shocked by the lack of customer service. We paid and left feel disappointed. We will not be back to this location. I feel customer service goes a long ways. Clearly not at this location. I feel like if you don’t like your job that’s on you not the customers.

Not mad about it but I don’t appreciate it.I came before they close at 9:55 when I stopped. There were two girls working in there and one of them was taking the trash out. I was trying to be polite but so I asked if they’re still open and she said we’re closed. I was looking at the closing time on the door and it’s still not the time. The door was unlocked so I asked the girl inside who’s the skinny (there’s no other way to differentiate between the way they look) and she said we close at 10 it’s okay. She was nice the whole time and I kinda took some time to order for my wife and I. She was working on the sundae, and the other one came in she looked irritated that I'm in and asked me if I needed anything else. I asked for three scoops.there was a big difference between her service and the other one. The course she gave me looked like half scoops. I intended to leave a leave a tip because the one inside was nice and doing well but I honestly didn’t and I regret paying money for that amount of ice cream and service.We like Baskin-Robbins but the service is what makes the difference.

I went in to order two scoops of the 'cup of cocoa' on a sugar cone because I was driving, and a cone is easy to drive with. She scooped it out with a soaking wet scoop onto the cone while I'm watching the milky water run out of the scoop and down the cie cream, then dumped it in a cup, stabbed a spoon in it, and handed it to me. It looks really freaking gross, and she didn't even offer a refund when I said it was gross and I didn't want it. She said the ice cream was soft and just handed back to me with a qhatever attitude. Really horrible experience, and I'm really disappointed. $7 for bad customer service and a cup of mushy wet sadness with a cone and spoon on top.

Walked in and right back on out it was so dirty! Rug was covered in hair? Floors looked filthy, just imagine the kitchen and machines. Just gross and unappetizing, disappointed!

We used to frequent this location often for a special ice cream treat. Not anymore. This place is so filthy. There are literally bug and/mouse traps in the dining area. We saw at least 4 bugs crawling in the dining area. The bathroom is disgusting and unusable. The light doesn’t work, urine on the floor and on the toilet.Several of the ice creams were too soft, suggesting they have not been kept at proper temperature. The health department should do an inspection on this facility. We will likely not go back again.
