I didn't know what I ordered until it arrived. This dish is fully customizable so the flavor profile depends on what you ordered. The ingredients I picked were savory and sweet. It came with a Mango sauce(omg the sauce) and it was wrapped in seaweed. All the ingredients were not over or under cooked. NOTE: I wouldn't order this again because the you get more of the ingredients(except no seaweed) if you ordered the bowl.

Every time we come here, we always have to order the Tonkotsu Ramen—it’s our family’s favorite! Highly recommend it!
