I still enjoy B&R ice cream and the service is always good here but the interior is in really bad shape.
Chairs are broken and cut into the back of the legs, tables woble horribly & the ceiling looks dirty and dark as lights are out in the corner.
Really needs to come back to a respectful level I feel.

I have been dying to try their Dubai Chocolate line but every time I have tried ordering it over DoorDash or GrubHub, they're always out of everything! I tried calling the location ahead of time & turns out, their only listed number for my location is disconnected! Worst store ever!

I’m long overdue writing this review, but I had such a great experience at Baskin-Robbins on 2/7. I came in with my mom and we ordered ice cream and an iced drink. Ashley helped us, and she was amazing — so sweet, patient, and genuinely kind. She made our visit feel welcoming, and we really appreciated it. We’ll definitely be back!
