Turned away a small group of well-mannered Girl Scouts in uniform. Told the girls that "the ice cream machine was broken" "just like McDonald's." Went to a different BR and was served promptly and politely. When the girls asked the second location about the weird "ice cream machine" statement, they laughed kind of incredulously and said "Miss, this is Baskin Robbins."This location on 22/craycroft was also dirty and poorly maintained. Very disappointed. Go to Broadway/Camino Seco instead; it's worth the trip.

They barely get 2 stars because the ice cream was great but the service was horrible. The 4 of us came in at 8:15 and the lady proceeded to tell us that we can only have 2 samples per customer and nobody even asked for a sample. Then she stated rudely that the lobby closes in 10 minutes. Also there was a guy outside with a leaf blower who was blowing dirt all over my Mercedes. This was after I asked him where I should park and he still went right over and started blowing dirt everywhere. He could have just skipped that little spot but I guess he couldn't resist. I don't think he spoke English or he just didn't care. Order two boxes of hot cocoa for a winter haven wagon ride. I ordered on line, four hours in advance to give them time. I checked the app to confirm it was ready before going to the store. When I walked into the store, the order was not where online order should be. I waiting in line, for 10 minutes. There appeared to be only one employee there. When I got to the register, I said I was here for my online order. She said "oh yeah, we ran out of cocoa so we don't have it." I said "ok why did it say it was ready for pickup on line then", to which her reply was "we don't have it." Upon talking to the store manager the next day, because the order was still charged to my card even thought they didn't have my order, she said they don't have access to customer information to call if there is something not available. She said they just say it is ready and the employee was supposed to offer to make me something else. That is a completely ridiculous system and policy. And when I called, the following morning she offered to make me something else. $45 in boxes cocoa for an event and you want to make me something for the next day? Be careful ordering on the app, because they don't tell you if they are out of something until you waste the time going there so you are force to get something else.

Well, came here because it was a Baskin Robbins for 10/31 and 31% off of scoops. Turns out they are a "half" Baskin Robbins and didn't even have 15.5 flavors but had only 12 in the case. Lame. Dunkin' side looked decent. Not coming here again.5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money.4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business.3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it.2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money.1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

I was at the 22nd street DD on 9/16/23 at about 2 pm. There were a lot of drive thru customers and they were short staffed, and these girls were going as fast as they possible could, but being short staffed people did have to wait. Then this rude customer started berating the girls which wasn't cool. I'm giving 5 stars because of how impressed I was with these girls. They handled the j*** customer like pros and then when they came over to help me they somehow were still friendly to me. I couldn't have handle the situation as good as they did - so well done ladies. Much respect to you.

I was surprised there weren't more flavor options (I was expecting somewhere around 31 ?). There were maybe twelve different flavor buckets, but some were empty. The lady that waited on me was super nice, though, and the ice cream was really good.

Mixed baskin/Dunkin so not a full line of ice cream. As always quick service and fresh donuts. Will keepComing back.

Skip this location! I wish I didn't have to give any stars. The service was slow and the group before us left because there were so few ice cream flavors. The employees did not have hats on or hairnets and had their hair all over the glass in the ice cream case. Also the toilets were out of order, not a surprise given the rest of the issues experienced at this location.

Baskin Robbins advertises 31 flavors but this location only had 13. Didn't even have their signature flavor daiquiri ice. Waitress was friendly and the place was clean and we got to sample other flavors and settled for the pralines and cream for myself and Julie had the Jamoca almond cream. Trying the Broadway and Camino Seco location next time. The waitress said that they have 31 flavors. OH YEAH!

Ordered breakfast to be delivered the next morning for my soccer team. 15 minutes before we expected breakfast.... They cancelled the order. Poor customer service.
