They barely get 2 stars because the ice cream was great but the service was horrible. The 4 of us came in at 8:15 and the lady proceeded to tell us that we can only have 2 samples per customer and nobody even asked for a sample. Then she stated rudely that the lobby closes in 10 minutes. Also there was a guy outside with a leaf blower who was blowing dirt all over my Mercedes. Well, came here because it was a Baskin Robbins for 10/31 and 31% off of scoops. Turns out they are a "half" Baskin Robbins and didn't even have 15.5 flavors but had only 12 in the case. Lame. Dunkin' side looked decent. Not coming here again.5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. I was at the 22nd street DD on 9/16/23 at about 2 pm. There were a lot of drive thru customers and they were short staffed, and these girls were going as fast as they possible could, but being short staffed people did have to wait. Then this rude customer started berating the girls which wasn't cool. I'm giving 5 stars because of how impressed I was with these girls.
