Bellissimo Ristorante at Casino Del Sol

The main came before I finished my salad. The check came without asking if I wanted dessert. I requested a senior discount and had to ask a second time as it wasn't given initially. The food made up for these little inconveniences. Fresh & crisp salad; excellent shrimp w/ spaghetti.

This Italian restaurant is located in a casino. So it's a bit noisy. But the space is very nice with architecture created to mimic an Italian villa. The pasta is made fresh and you can tell. Great quality. And the sauce was delicious. We had the bruschetta to start and it was a generous portion with excellent basil pesto that seemed freshly made. Would go again.

Upon hearing about the 'all made on premises' for this Italian restaurant, we had such high hopes. Unfortunately the food just didn't live up to the hype. We ordered the focaccia bread and calamari for starters. The focaccia was ok but lacking in flavor - it really needed a good drizzle of olive oil and some garlic. As for the calamari - they served thick chunks of the tentacles instead of the crispier small versions typically served. It was breaded a bit heavy-handed. One of the entrees we ordered was a braised short rib. While the meat was tender, it was oddly sweet and also very dry. The flavor was really off-putting. The rustic mashed potatoes and red wine reduction were decent but nothing special. My 30-clove vodka sauce spaghetti was very flavorful. Strangely, I didn't find the garlic very strong but the tomato/cream/basil flavor was great and I enjoyed it tremendously. The cannoli was a set of 3 identical cannoli. This is a missed opportunity to do three different flavors. The appearance was not very appealing. They were missing filling in the middle of the shells and the filling was not as rich as would typically be served. As for ambience, it was brighter than anticipated but not unpleasant. Our server was friendly and helpful.

We were treated terrible by the staff and they gave us a salad that was made very bad, or 40th anniversary was a bad experience at the restaurant

Bellisimo is an excellent Italian restaurant. I appreciate the first class service. Lito was an outstanding waiter. He was very efficient and attentive to our needs.

Service was excellent and the food was good. My husband loved his lasagna, it was a good sized portion and excellent taste. My black truffle cavatelli was good too, added a meatball. Huge portion, garlic bread was good.

Waitress notified us of 'pasta' not up to standards for the day and suggested replacement. Kitchen swapped pesto sauce for bechamel sauce on Gnocchi (at my request). Portions were large. Everyone agreed their food was great! Seated near the back of the restaurant, which dampened the noise from the casino. All things considered, a very enjoyable experience!

My sister and I had a wonderful lunch last weekend with the best service we have had in a long time and we go out a lot. Hayley was our server she was amazing.
She suggested items from the menu we may have never tried otherwise.
Our lunch was delicious however it was Hayley’s anticipation to our needs that made our meal so fantastic!

We had a lovely family dinner at Bellisimo Ristorante Italiano with our family during our stay at Casino Del Sol about a week ago.

It took about 45 minutes for our party of 7 to be sat, but once we got a table we were helped right away.

Our waitress was amazing! She was very attentive to our kids and their needs, which was above and beyond! Our drinks were never empty and she made sure we had all of the necessities to enjoy our meals.

The food was also exquisite! A wonderful dinner out! Highly recommend!

This was our first time at Bellissimo Ristorante. I had made reservations for our visit and they ask on the reservation system if you are celebrating a special occasion and we were celebrating our anniversary. We were seating right away and the server came to our table fairly quickly but seemed rushed even though the restaurant was not busy. Our anniversary was never acknowledged which is fine but then why ask on your reservation system. I ordered the cheese lasagna which was good but definitely could have been heated longer. My husband had the beef short ribs which came with a sauce that was a bit sweet for his taste. When the food came out I asked about getting some bread to go with our meals. We were offered garlic break that turned out to cost $6 and it came out burnt, not much butter and little to no garlic flavor. The waiter never really did check on how everything was. My husband left most of his food behind and opted to go back into the casino. Overall, this was just an average meal and I probably would opt for another restaurant within Casino del Sol next time we go.

We found the price was very reasonable. The food was excellent and the presentation was lovely. Our waitress was extremely efficient and helpful when I asked a question. She went above and beyond. We will definitely return with company arriving soon.

The food was great. Was a little taken back by the waitress encouraging us not to get one of the meals we ordered. She shook her head no and said “I wouldn't get that, it's nasty.” I ordered it anyways and it was delicious and exactly what I wanted. The bruschetta and calamari were delicious and both pasta dishes were amazing! Overall, our service was the biggest negative but the restaurant and food was just fine!

Extremely slow service. Long wait for first server. Long wait to take our order and finally luke warm food. First time we attended my wife was so happy with the experience, we returned a year later for a birthday dinner for her. Drastically changed. We were not the only ones. Plenty of patrons around us with no food and empty glasses.

Service was horrible! Was my daughter’s birthday. We had a reservation and they were rude about it. Didn’t get our drinks until after our food, there was only 3 of us. Asked for Parmesan 3 times, never got it. Food was good but not great. Overall very disappointing.
