We had an OpenTable reservation, but when we arrived, the host said they didn't have it and told us we'd need to wait about 30 minutes. Once we showed them our confirmation, they seated us right away. Not long after, we were told they were out of garlic bread and meatballs, and that the lasagna had been “coming out like slush” which sounded gross. We ordered the beef ragù and a side of grilled chicken instead, but the chicken had to be sent back immediately because it was spoiled. The Italian lemonade also had a strange taste, almost like dish soap. Overall, the experience was just... odd and not good. The staff mentioned it was their last night open, probably for the best. It's unfortunate, but I wouldn't go back even if they reopened.
Carlito was fabulous. My dad passed away 2 years ago ago and I fly in from Texas to treat my mom to a couple days at the resort. Our 1st stay was in June of 2024 for her 1st wedding anniversary alone. We had reservations at PY steakhouse, but our plans changed. I still wanted to have a nice dinner at the resort. So we tried Bellissimo and loved it. We enjoyed the bottle and bread special they had this visit and we were still able to keep our reservations at PY steakhouse this year for an amazing celebration of life for him. It's a memory I will cherish. Thank you, Carlito.
Our waiter was great! The Tuscan margarita was very tasty. Then our dinner was served and we were very disappointed. Braised beef ribs were tough and dry. The duroc pork was not tender and sauce quite salty. Broccolini on both plates was cold and not at all tender. Almost like not cooked at all. Server was very apologetic and offered to have it cooked more. It came at the very end of our meal so we declined it. Restaurant did discount the meal and gave us a free tiramisu dessert. We would not suggest this restaurant nor will we return.
I did the Thursday Bread + Wine deal and it was well worth it .. I added some small plates like the meatballs and salad .. I was impressed . Sat at the bar with Michael the bartender . He was awesome , attentive and personable .. I will be back...
Ate at Bellissimo tonight, worst lasagna I've ever eaten. I took one bite, it was like chewing a tire. I advised the waitress and she did offer something else. I declined after being grossed out by what I was served. The manager came over and said she looked at the lasagna and it was burnt. It tasted like old stale pasta that wasn't edible. She did offer to take it off my bill. I had one bite of the $18 lasagna.
They acted as if it was not a big deal to serve customers disgusting food.
Pasta was horrible. Mushy and no flavor. Ordered focaccia bread and it was so dry and tasted stale. Not a good experience.
BF and I dined here for the first time September 2025. From the descriptions on the Casino Del Sol website I expected a slightly scaled down environment from the intimate dining at their Py Steakhouse, but it was scaled down much further from that. Overly bright, lots of noise from the bar and the casino, half booths instead of the full booth I requested, and the staff is forced to frequently traffic through where guests eat. It felt closer to Denny's casual than an intimate dining environment. We shared a Bellissimo Salad that was quite good, though it begged for some Kalamata olives. The server was kind enough to warn us that the salad might be a little spicy due to the peppers and onions in it; but both of us found it fresh and flavorful! BF had the 3-cheese lasagna which he enjoyed, and it was ample enough we took some home. I had the Black Truffle Cavatelli, to which I added a meatball as protein; but I wasn't terribly impressed with any of it. It smelled good and the portion was large; but the pasta was a tad overdone. There was very little mushrooms in it, and the cheese sauce was pretty bland; barely a hint of truffles. The meatball was bland, too. BF sampled the meatball and immediately said that I make better meatballs ;P Overall, the dish wasn't much more than overblown mac-n'cheese, frankly. I took home what was left and shaved in some fresh Pecorino Romano, that woke it up! With each of us having two drinks, the bill was $90. The wait staff was great! It wasn't a bad night out so I'm passing off the underwhelming dish I had as an anomaly, and with a recalibrated sense of what to expect; I look forward to returning to give their other dishes a chance.
This place is a "true gem". Makes you feel like you are dining it Italy with soft music, nice decor, great service and above average food. Portions are generous and they are open to shared plates. The prices are more than reasonable too.
Performance space is very nice, but the food in Bellisimo was disappointing.
As always, our experience at Bellisimo was wonderful. Erica our server, was friendly and attentive but not hovering. The food is always amazing no matter what we order.

Amazing food, and the service is top notch! Our server, Mia, was so extremely attentive and above that, just a good hearted person. My husband and I were there for his 47th bday, and she even asked how we met ❤️. Such a sweet girl!
We had the Italian wedding soup and then we split the Chicken Parm dinner and got garlic bread. It was excellent!! Best Italian food I’ve had!! Erica was a fantastic waitress!
They changed their meatball recipe and the meatballs were bland and lukewarm. They serve 5 smaller ones that were dry and the taste was not good. We ordered a large salad that was split on 2 plates and the portion was not even the size of their small salad. We won't go back.
The food is so good. Service depends on the day and time you go but overall have had good experiences.
It was a Sunday at 5:45. Only 4-5 tables were full. I counted 4 servers. It took over 1 hour for dinner service. The quality of food was horrible. Barely warm, didn't taste fresh. I had the chicken Marsala. Tasted like canned food. I kept being left abandoned by my waitress. I ordered 1 Caesar salad with 1 glass of wine and then my main course. My bill came to 48 dollars. A complete disaster and waste of money.
