I ordered takeout. For the first time, I think I found a reason to give less than a 5-star review and it’s the clam chowder’s consistency. The recipe includes cornstarch—I’m certain of it. That’s usually a shortcut and I understand. I was just craving clam chowder without it. I’m def going back as I have for years.

Great service and atmosphere. The food is ok, but not always the freshest. I came here at opening and got a Ruben, extra meat. Decent sandwich, but I doubt they make their own corned beef (tasted regular deli meat). The bread was great, of course.

I have always gotten good food here. The portions are a good size. I usually take some home even with the half sandwich which is stuffed and salad. The staff is friendly. We went there yesterday. We had to wait guess they were having a meeting.. There were a few people standing together talking. When I received my food I didn't receive a fork for my salad and asked and was brought one.
