Beyond Bread

I had to give at least one star to start my critique. I feel bad commenting when I didn’t eat anything from here, but that is my critique. It was 4:45 in the afternoon. Maybe that is late for beyond bread but I wanted a sandwich. The sign professes to have bread, even artisanal bread, but when I asked for a sandwich, I was told beyond bread was…out of bread. She offered me the last two pieces of white bread they had but I wasn’t interested in white bread. The counter person did what she could to convince me to get a breakfast item, at 4:45pm, so that I wouldn’t need any bread .

I didn't know that banana bread could not be great. But in fact, this place has very underwheling banana bread. It tasted overly sweet and stale. I'd put money on its frozen and then thawed. I also got a cookie and that was alright. I can't speak on anything else as this was all i purchased.

I fly about 60 times a year out of TUS - this place is eggscellent. Always get the Santiago's Sonoran breakfast sandwich - so good!

Didn't think I'd have time before an early Saturday morning flight to grab and go with a sandwich, but BB was in great shape. I ordered Bernie's Bacon, and had my sandwich in hand before the flight started boarding at the gate right across the hall. Lucky me! I know this place probably gets more crowded as the day goes on, but I was glad it was open so early. My go-to for a quick sandwich for the flight.

The food here was pretty decent, but the cashier named Rosaycela was very rude to people. Ruined the experience.

Very bad service! Attitude on the employees is awful! I ordered a Bernie's bacon and the cashier didn't put my order so they got me wanting for nothing! 0 Star recommended! They need employees who wants to do their job!

Sandwiches always very consistent, and the banana bread I had this morning was outstanding. I still don’t understand however, why the airport location can’t stock a loaf or two of rye bread and pasta salad sides. Is space really that limited? I’m just curious.

I’ve been a BB customer for years. Just wish the airport location could be consistent with the other locations in the aforementioned small ways.

Airport branch- I was depending on sandwich to get me through a long flight. Bread was stale and tasteless, as were sandwich fillings. This was a Maddy’s Madness- I choked half of it down and threw the rest away. Beyond Bread: get thee to Harvest Clean Eats in Moncton, NB, Canada and learn how to make a delicious, fabulous chicken avocado sandwich (which yours are not)!

Some of the slowest people I've ever seen. Thru get maybe 1 sandwich in 5 minutes and the only work with one customer at a time

Fine if you’re starving and have a ton of time to kill. Speedy they are not. I travel in and out of TIA a couple times a month and every once in awhile I convince myself this time it’ll be different. They have absolutely zero sense of urgency. Every time it’s the same. Who ever is working behind the counter eventually meanders over to the register to take your order—no greeting “I’ll be right with you” which is fair bc they definitely will not. I often wonder if I’m invisible. Then they take the orders of the multiple people who have inevitably stacked up. It usually takes no less than 20 mins start to end.

Rosa was amazing this morning! She is an exceptional associate! Rosa was friendly and gave us wonderful service. I appreciate the kindness on an early morning flight.

I ordered Santiago's Sonoran egg sandwich at the airport location and was amazed by how big it was! I knew it would be delicious because it's Beyond Bread, and it didn't disappoint.I was a little sad that the coffee wasn't as hot coming out of the coffee holder as I would've liked, but employee Rosa went above and beyond, brewing a new pot and even bringing me a fresh cup along with cream and sugar. She's amazing!

For Airport food this is pretty good. Got the Brads Beef sandwich (pastrami) service is a bit slow for how empty it was but good sandwich for my flight
