Had the dry river pilsner, its a good light beer. Tropical wheat is a really sweet and partially sour beer but still good. Blueberry Gose is definitely a sour and sweet beer as well. Old west ipa is not as hoppy but definitely bitter. Had the personal pan pepperoni pizza and was a good snack before the flight.
Not sure how it is as they were totally out of IPA's just like the other restaurant in the terminal. Not sure why they'd only carry one normally anyway. Must be a Tucson thing?

$7.50 plus tax for a beer. If you know the home brewery you know the beers are good. Good selections of the flagships plus a full liquor bar. Did not get food, so not commenting on that, but great beer prices (especially for an airport)!
