The drinks are so tasty! The beer comes out nice and cool. My husband got one of the hard seltzer ginger turmeric drinks. It was refreshing and flavorful!“
“Great brewery and a nice place to have a beer. The beer selection is great and service is always friendly. It's very spacious and we stopped by last on a hot day, the place was cool and the beers were ice cold. My go to is the IPA but recently they've done a hazy one which I really like - Florecita. In any case, I highly recommend you stop by and enjoy a cold one.“

“This is a small brewpub tucked down the end of a road of warehouses and businesses. Basic and unassuming, the staff are friendly and know their beers. The pale ale is not very good, but the IPA was excellent. Lighter beers are available for those not into hoppy beers.“

“Had the great fortune of trying this Hazy IPA before meeting the owner Kelsey Grammer and watching him pull beer for a few hours. This beer is outstanding! it doesn't have that hoppy bite and has a refreshing citrus finish. Put simply? it's delicious. Looking forward to more amazing beers coming!!“

“I travel frequently for work, and airport bars and restaurants can be hit or miss. My experience with Victoria at Thunder Canyon Brewstillery in the Tucson Airport was one of the best I've had.
From the moment I sat down, Victoria's warm and welcoming personality stood out. Traveling can be exhausting and stressful, especially when dealing with delays and gate changes, but she greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another traveler passing through.
What impressed me most was how attentive she was during an incredibly busy rush. The bar was packed, yet she never missed a beat. My drink was refilled before I even had to ask, the bar area stayed spotless, and she somehow managed to make every customer feel acknowledged and cared for.
The cocktails were outstanding. Victoria clearly knows her craft. My drink was perfectly balanced, expertly made, and served quickly despite the crowd. It's rare to find that combination of speed and quality, especially in an airport setting.
As someone who travels often, I also noticed how she connected with returning customers. She seemed to remember faces and favorite orders, which is a special touch that makes frequent travelers feel at home.
What really sets Victoria apart is how gracefully she handles the challenges that come with airport hospitality. I watched her help customers dealing with flight delays and gate changes while maintaining a positive attitude and exceptional level of service.
Victoria turned what could have been just another airport stop into a genuinely enjoyable experience. She is professional, personable, hardworking, and exceptionally talented at what she does. Thunder Canyon Brewstillery is lucky to have her, and I'll absolutely make a point to stop by whenever I'm traveling through Tucson again.“

“Back again after about 3 years. Still a great Brewpub! Nice atmosphere inside. A good daily special - brew and burger for $15. Had a good time there with friends.
Nice brewpub. Ordered a vegan TLT from the food truck. There is a small bar area and several tables inside. A good sized patio with misters out back. Did a flight of six 4 oz beers. I'd prefer a 2-3oz pour, then have a pint. This worked well today. Nice variety of beer, good brewing. Finished with their chili beer. Yummmm!“
