The only reason I gave any stars was because the lady in the front Z was pleasant. It seemed like she was the only one competent behind the counter. Whoever was making the sandwiches in the back should not be there. For one she was grouchy and seemed like she hates her job two she could not read an order that should be clear because it comes from the computer and three she cannot make a sandwich correct, Z had to go in the back to assist her (it was not even that busy). BB in the airport A Terminal was great this morning! Fast, Delicious and Superior Customer Service. Rosa was friendly, efficient and very polite. My BLT was huge, fresh, hot and delicious.
I don’t fly often, or eat before my flights either but I came to BB and Rosa was so kind and patient with me when I was ordering. She accommodated my order to what I wanted and helped me choose my bread too (focaccia) it was so sweet.
