Because it said it was open that's how's then maybe you need to update your closed down business instead of say opens at 8

My favorite coffee shop with Jason gabriel.I use to come to this coffee shop 5 years ago and wrote a good review. Just a year ago I was excited to bring my daughter here to try and the lady with blond hair seemed rude and frustrated with us. The coffee was gross and we were disappointed. We ended up throwing out our coffee and just went home, sad. Well it had been almost a year since we went back and decided to give it another try. Sure enough the same lady was there with blond hair and again seemed rude and impatient with us. Again the coffee was really bad, tasted like syrup and water. I will probably never come back, wast of money for this coffee.

Very sad. I stopped here to grab a coffee and they are closed for good.

Oh no ! Marjorie you did not tell me that you were moving last time I was in there a couple weeks ago please send me a response to let me know where my new coffee shop is going to be LOL . You know how much we love going and you know how much my son loves going to the shop and interacting with Sarge . Love ❤ the coffee ☕ love ❤the sweets ? but most of all we love your personality and warmth.? Michelle and Jacob ?The owner very professional and extremely nice. Always clean and the service is prompt.

Amazing coffee. Great owner who actually cares about the community. Prices are amazing. A must go for any coffee lover. Lots of extras from other amazing small businesses sold here.

The AC was out so it makes sense why no one was sitting in there, but if it was on, I definitely would have stuck around. I got a prickly pear iced tea and it was delicious. The owner is polite enough and the little shop is quite cute.

There are a lot of things I can look past like the disorganized, cluttered vibes of the store, and unfriendly staff, as long as the coffee and/or food is good. Sometimes you get the feeling that someone just doesn't want to own and operate their business anymore, and that was definitely how interacting with the owner felt. I've seen her responses to other reviewers who offered feedback and she was not receptive so I'll await my snarky reply. My main reason for taking the time to write this review is to spare anyone else the experience. We both ordered cortados, mine with oat milk. The coffee tasted burnt and the proportions for a cortado were way off. It's clear the oat milk was not the best for this type of drink as it was pretty watery. My partner got his with cow milk and a vanilla shot and said it was ok. We also tried three items from their $3 food menu. I didn't expect much, but this was pretty bad. Everything tasted like American cheese and came with old dried out fruit. I would never serve someone the fruit that was thrown on our plates. I would leave one star, but I'm offering the second one to honor the mission of this place to give back. However, it seems that you could have something delicious and exceptional that also served the community. I honestly have no idea how this place is staying in business.

Not clean enough for me to have anything to drink or eat. And will not pick up again from Wish the only reason I went there. Too RUDE for my money! looks like I was not the only one to see your dirty place.

A few months ago I was visiting a pawnshop nearby this coffee shop and thought, “I haven’t been there in years and that I need to go give it a try again.”Was I ever pleasantly surprised when I walked in.I ended up later becoming good friends with the Owner Marj.Marj’s kids are very kind and on the weekends you will find at least one of them working in the shop. Her one son makes yummy soups for the winter time as well. There’s a lot of local art on the walls, local gifts and the music played over head in there is wonderful. The atmosphere is comfortable. Also because the Pima County ordinance had stated that if you can’t be distance by 6 feet you must wear a mask, otherwise you did not have to wear a mask, the Owner Marj had not force people to wear a mask, Marj leaves the mask wearing to a personal choice. If Marj has a long line, then of course people can’t be 6 feet apart and if they’re smart they would follow the Pima County ordinance.Marj is the kind of person that is a down to earth and a pleasant person to be around.I feel welcome every time I go into her shop.If you haven’t tried “Big Heart Coffee” before, then what is stopping you? Get in gear and stop in! You will be glad you did.Marj also has great food, a wonderful selection of hot teas if you’re not a coffee drinker and a live band that is there a couple times a month.Marj is friendly towards all walks of life, from all religions, Christians, Jews, Catholic, just all, Artist, Animal Rescues, Veterinarian’s, to Musicians, Bikers, Law-enforcement, Fire Fighters and EMT, Parametrics, Military, Nurses, Doctors, Security Guards, other local Business Entrepreneurs, LGBTQ community and many others.Marj from all of my experience has not and does not “judge a book by it’s cover” and she is very nice person. Please stop by and say hi, try her drinks and yummy food. One of my favorites if you’re not in the mood for coffee or tea is her hot chocolate, she makes the best hot chocolate and the whip cream is yummy too as she makes it in house. Also if you ask for marshmallows, she will toast them for you and put them on top.One other thing I really like about the place is that she keeps it clean and it always smells great inside.Have a great day everyone

I love everything about this wonderful place and it all starts from the great owner/operator Margie! She is a baked goods curator; she puts in the extra effort to go to multiple bakeries to purchase the. Eat of the best to have it available instead of making it easier on herself and going to just one place! That special effort shows the love she has for her customers! There are multiple sugar free flavor options, which can be hard to find. And she doesn't have just one espresso for the drinks - and boy do they make a difference! The love she puts into each cute eclectic mug feels so personal. And my favorite part is that a percentage of the affordable & yummy drinks and goodies from Big Heart all go to a charity! So while you enjoy some of the best coffee in Tucson, you can support and make a difference in abused women's lives! It is approximately named BIG HEART! I am as on a quick trip recently and after being introduced to this gem: I was there three of my four days in town. I highly recommend supporting Big Heart and Margie, she was a delight to meet too!

Went here to pick up coffee today with my friend Col & Roxane. We went in & the vibes were p goofy, like if Pinterest was a coffee shop/diner/clothing store & honestly it was weird. Gotta big blue lives matter flag up in the store & then a bunch of art. Everyone in there seemed nice. We got the coffees & came back to my friend Col's house & started drinking up my mocha while watching some basketball. It was honestly pretty good but got a big surprise while a was almost done. Felt something weird in my mouth & I took it out & thought it was just a leaf but oh boy, it happened to be a cockroach. It was pretty gross. I dunno what happened but I rinsed my mouth out so much. Pretty gross, dunno if I will be back

My friend and I came in today wanting our usual coffee before class, and she suggested we try out big heart coffee. She got an iced vanilla laté. When my friend asked how many shots come in the 24 Oz, the nice lady behind the counter said that there are 5 shots of espresso in the 24 Oz. I myself got a large hot mocha late with raspberry. Both drinks tasted like sugary milk. For $16. Thumbs down
