This Tucson spot has Mexican food so good it should come with a warning label. I am not being dramatic enough. We have been there three times and keep ordering the exact same thing: 3 tacos de asada with rice and beans, and a bowl of pozole. At this point, we are not ordering lunch, we are maintaining a relationship.

I’m always in search of decent birria anything establishments and Birrieria Guadalajara exceeded my expectations with super stellar birria plates w/ yummy beans/cheese/salsa/rice/corn tortillas. Looking forward to trying their quesabirrias, nachos etc! I will repeat and i recommend! *Cash or Zelle only
