Love black rock coffee but it’s unfortunate that 2 times I went to the gold links location I waited in line for 20-30 minutes just to order. This was at 2 different times of day once in the morning and once in the evening. The time in the evening there was only 1 person working. I would suggest having more then 1 employee at a time to improve service.

This is my regular coffee shop that I go to on my route to work. I’m constantly impressed by the recommendations and combinations that the baristas always come up with! Nuro is always on shift when I stop by and he never lets me leave without a smile! He ask me every time I see them how my school is going and is always quick with my order even though the line can get long, he gets it moving all on his own. It’s insane how any of them do it and that’s why I love black rock!I’m happy to see these young baristas grow in the career they truly love. Congrats to Nuro on the promotion! I hope you see this and know that your hard work goes unoticed! Keep slaying it

This coffee bar doesn't have as many flavor options. Their prices are comparable to Dutch Bros. The staff has always been very friendly.

Got a mocha and an americano with oat milk. This was the second location for Black Rock I’d tried after a pretty pedestrian coffee experience at the one on Campbell/ Broadway.Have to say I was happy and would go back.

I am visiting family in Tuscon for the first time for the holiday and I went for a morning walk to see the beautiful area and I stopped at the window around noon on 12/26 and the drive thru is really busy, but I wait patiently at the walk up window. There was not even an acknowledgement that I was standing there...I continued to wait patiently as he appeared to be the only one working. I totally understand..but still no acknowledgement as he took order after order from the drive thru. I heard the people of Tuscon are kind. I am going to assume he was not having a good day. His customer service was lacking. I would have been willing to wait as long as necessary if there was an acknowledgement of me standing there. I end up leaving without coffee. I guess I will need to find it elsewhere.
I went in today for a large black coffee (no room for cream). I was told the drip machine was down and they couldn't black coffee. How can a coffee shop be open without a working coffee machine? I've been here half a dozen times and this has happened twice, I've still never had a decent cup of coffee from this place.

Black Rock is probably my absolute favorite spot for coffee and energy drinks. This particular location moves quickly, has friendly staff that often remembers me and my family by name and the drinks are delicious and refreshing. I recommend the Sunrise Fuel and Caramel Blondie iced coffee.

Literally love the coffee and the employees are always friendly, I come frequently, but every time they don't utilize the drive through speaker box and it takes FOREVER to get coffee. Have left the line many times because of wait time. Feels like an easy fix to me
