This is my regular coffee shop that I go to on my route to work. I’m constantly impressed by the recommendations and combinations that the baristas always come up with! Nuro is always on shift when I stop by and he never lets me leave without a smile! He ask me every time I see them how my school is going and is always quick with my order even though the line can get long, he gets it moving all on his own. Got a mocha and an americano with oat milk. This was the second location for Black Rock I’d tried after a pretty pedestrian coffee experience at the one on Campbell/ Broadway.Have to say I was happy and would go back.

Love black rock coffee but it’s unfortunate that 2 times I went to the gold links location I waited in line for 20-30 minutes just to order. This was at 2 different times of day once in the morning and once in the evening. The time in the evening there was only 1 person working. I would suggest having more then 1 employee at a time to improve service.
