Went here about 5 times on my vacation, and I was never disappointed. My son wanted a purple drink (there was a purple energy drink), and they made him a custom kids drinks if I lived here, this would be my coffee spot

Absolutely love Black Rock Coffee - my favorite spot in town and wish there were more locations. This particular location neverrrr uses the speaker box at the menu - not do they ever have more than 1 person working - so you always end up waiting 30 mins in the drive through. If there’s only one person working - my recommendation would be to at least use the speaker box so they can already know what is being ordered and pump out those drinks! Chatting with the barista is nice...

Love black rock coffee but it’s unfortunate that 2 times I went to the gold links location I waited in line for 20-30 minutes just to order. This was at 2 different times of day once in the morning and once in the evening. The time in the evening there was only 1 person working. I would suggest having more then 1 employee at a time to improve service.
