Blue Finch Bakery is easily one of the best home-based bakeries I’ve tried. Just know that everything is **preorder only**—they typically open orders a couple of days a week, and you’ll need to place yours during that window. Outside of the holidays, orders usually stay open for a day or two, but during busy seasons they can sell out *within an hour*, so you have to be quick.

Received my first order today. Pick up was seamless. Received a text letting me know my order was ready. When I arrived, parking was clear and they were very friendly.
Just cut into the jalapeno/ polenta and the sourdough loaves. Both have excellent crust, crumb, and flavor. Very happy I found Blue Finch. I will be ordering again.

Blue Finch is a boutique bakery with a small selection of excellent products. Customer orders online a few days ahead and picks up on the designated day.
Products I have tried have all been excellent.
