Quality dineresque food with a legitimate Southwest flare. Perfect introduction to some of the unique ingredients and flavors of the region, such as Hatch Green Chilis, Chorizo and Prickly Pear, mostly in traditional diner dishes. This provides the first-timer a basis of comparison so the uniqueness of our cuisine can be fully appreciated.

Oh, the gift shop is worth a good browse too.

What a gem 💎 of a place! Not only is their food and service exceptional, they have a fabulous gift shop with fun socks, jewelry, and greeting cards, to name just a few things. Can't wait to go back!
