Good fast food type option. Soy garlic sauce is legit - not overly salty. Wings are huge. Japchae and bibimbap are yummy. We need to try their fries and spicy sauces next time

My partner and I took his nephew. The food was so unique and we had a really nice time. The girl that was working was really helpful, upbeat, and super fun to interact with.
Highly recommend.

$15 for an entree gets you banchan and more food than you can eat most anywhere but here. There are no banchan despite the name and you have to pay $4 to get any kimchi. Ridiculous. Go to any other korean restaurant in town instead for more food that is cheaper & tastier. Traditionally fast food is cheap & quick. this is neither

Had to wait 30 minutes beyond the mentioned pick up time, on an early Tuesday evening. When I get home I notice they messed up the sides on the order. A lot of staff there and nobody seemed to know how to do anything. The model of inefficiency, it’s sad to see a store being operated in this way. Will not be returning

I’m Korean so I pretty much know what Bonchon is supposed to taste like. The batter is good. Crispy but not hard. Seasoning is a bit too sweet, but it’s probably Americanized, so it’s understandable. The problem is that the chicken itself lacks any kind of seasoning. Come on. A bit of salt and pepper would add so much flavor. Maybe it’s the lack of competition, but this feels like the chef is slacking off.

I ordered Korean tacos and they were truly awful. Less than a tbsp of bulgogi topped with a mayo/ranch cabbage compost that was truly horrible with nothing Korean about it. I waited about 20 minutes for this. My husband ordered Fried chicken wings- his order came out 15 minutes before mine. No apologies or explanations. It was thickly battered and unextraordinary. Very disappointing. We love Korean food and this was not that. It was bad by any standard.
Parking: parking available out front and on side.

If you have had Bonchon before at other locations please note: this one is so so so much better (but might not have my fav mozzarella sticks.)
If you haven’t: Double Fried Chicken in glaze/sauce. Extra crunchy, and these drumsticks are HUGE! They are about double the size of the ones in my other Bonchon review. These are huge juicy chicken pieces double fried Korean style. You will enjoy them (source: me *and* my super picky husband love them.
Today I went in right at 11 and the woman was absolutely wonderful and was so careful with my wheat intolerance. She went above and beyond to make sure I would be healthy and knew which items had wheat, even looking the fries up (they do contain wheat)
I can’t even tell you how kind and helpful she was, 5 stars and then some for service.
I ate the chicken and didn’t get a pic, but I will certainly be back and will get photos ?

Great spot for Korean fried chicken. Drumsticks are massive. Also have alcohol available at this location.

As soon as we walked in the building we were greeted with smiles and they explained what type of food they had. They were so detailed & sold us on all their flavors of chicken. We were NOT disappointed. If you love chicken and want to try different flavors ?, then this is the place you want to try. The pieces are big and tasty. You'll be full and satisfied.

Food was great. A little expensive for what you get but flavors were on point. Potstickers and bao buns were top on the list.

Ordered the soy garlic and spicy chicken drums. It was heavenly. The flavors are amazing, the skin is perfectly crispy, and the chicken meat is juicy and flavorful. The portions are massive and I'll be coming back for more!!!

Excited to try new Korean dishes, but was left with mixed feelings. The chicken is definitely the stand-out here (had the strips, which had good flavor and the portion size was nice for $$), but the fried rice was oily and a small portion for the $$, and the kimchi and pickled radish were just meh (will opt for the coleslaw next time). Overall, more "fast food" than "Korean cuisine".
Parking: Limited number of spots, shared with JimmieJohns and a vacant storefront to be named later.
