The Cork Tucson offers a casual atmosphere with a mostly unchanged menu, along with some exciting new twists. The food is terrific, featuring standouts like the sautéed mushrooms, blackened calamari steak, and grilled calamari, which some found amazing despite the sauce being a bit much for their taste. The menu choices are diverse, and prices are reasonable, although some may consider it a bit pricey. The grilled halibut may include some unusual elements, but the overall experience remains consistent and solid. The service is fantastic, with many praising it as one of Tucson's best. Guests enjoy the new shrimp cocktail and lamb chops, along with seasonal vegetables like roasted artichokes. Dining al fresco provides a delightful and quiet ambiance, while inside it can be more lively with large groups having fun. Despite minor issues with steak and vegetable portions, overall satisfaction remains high. Visitors appreciate the game meats such as venison, bison, and elk, with venison being a favorite, and enjoy the duck, cheesecake, and tipsy affogato for dessert. The Cork continues to be a great choice, and its new menu items are likely to keep guests pleased.
