The Cork has long been a favorite haunt of mine. I've eaten there a million times and it only gets better with each visit.Admittedly, I was a bit nervous when the new owners, Glenn and Sally, purchased the restaurant from Chef Jonathan. (1 paragraph)Well, first I have to thank the negative nelly Karen reviewer from next door app. She bashed this place, and after asking her a few questions, I found that she never spoke to the staff about her not so pleasant experience.I made sure to tell her that all owners of restaurants, especially new owners, want their experience to be fantastic. Everything was fabulous. We came here for the first time after having a bad experience somewhere else. Maddie got us a lovely table, Peyton was an excellent, attentive server and Justin the manager checked on us and made sure everything went smoothly.The prickly pear bbq sauce was amazing as were the mushrooms and filet!
