It appears things have changed a lot with ownership and brewing. Beer was good just use to be better. The smash burger wasn’t normal and was mostly raw/red and black sear and the texture was off putting. It was in pieces instead of a burger typical shape. I ate it anyways because I was starving and after I was like oh man i wish i asked them to cook that more after I saw someone send their burger back. Typically the Allure of smash burgers are 2 thin solid well cooked...
We brought a HUGE crowd. Leo was friendly, flexible, and unfazed by the chaos of multiple orders. The food was excellent. So much fun! I was visiting from out of town tonight but I’ll be back!
Great draft beer selection and amazing tacos I didn’t get a photo. Under new management which shows, I like new atmosphere compared to last year and new events boarderlands is doing here. Checking out Karaoke on Friday night next.
